Care Navigator Job Title: PRIMARY CARE Join Our Team as a Care Navigator / GP Receptionist We are seeking an experienced Care Navigator to provide support across various GP Practices and Primary Care Hubs in Sefton and the wider Liverpool area. As a Care Navigator with Healthcare Experience experience, you will be providing a vital link between patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals. Pay: £15 LTD p/h (13.70 PAYE Inclu) Locations: Liverpool and surrounding Areas Setting: GP Surgery System: EMIS Contract: Locum - Part-Time - Flexible shifts Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Care Navigator to join our team on a contract basis. As a Care Navigator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to GP Practices and Primary Care Hubs, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. If you have previous experience as a Receptionist or Care Navigator within a GP or health center, we would love to hear from you.
