Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer Location: Poole, Dorset We're seeking a Maintenance Engineer for one of the UKs leading wholesaler to the food service industry on a hourly basis. Guaranteed 45 hours a week on a contractual basis to cover projects. The Role Were looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to carry out reactive and planned maintenance on our production equipment. This role involves both mechanical and electrical fault-finding, supporting operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform reactive breakdown repairs and planned maintenance (PPM) Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations Keep accurate maintenance records What Were Looking For Machinery maintenance experience (essential) Electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Engineering recognised qualifications Time-served apprenticeship Proactive, confident, and a clear communicator
