Menfor Group are about to venture into exciting times due to several contract wins which has enabled the company to grow year on year. We are strategically based in the heart of the West Midlands and ideally situated off the M6 giving us an advantage to offer recruitment and sub contracting solutions to dynamic organisations. As a group we are looking to break into the white-collar construction / civil sector and as a company we are optimistic that this is the time to establish our white-collar division which will enable Menfor Group to work with existing and new clients nationwide. Responsibilities Conduct necessary research to establish ideal recruitment solutions Manage the full 360 cycle Cv formatting Competent using LinkedIn recruiter Advertising on various job boards Build relationships with leading construction, civil and concrete companies Approach new and existing clients regarding live vacancies (Business Development) Contingent recruitment Ability to manage multiple clients Offer strategic solutions (sourcing candidates) Present findings to clients in concise and clear manner and Identify opportunities for improved processes Client Visits Conversing at director level Benefits Reward and recognition Opportunities for career growth Flexibility in working (competition based) Supportive team environment Amazon Vouchers Modern office In house competitions Networking at sporting events Experience team with over 50 years in recruitment and sub contracting Qualifications Degree level, A level or GCSE,s Must have Valid driving license Experience using LinkedIn recruiter (essential) Energy for business development Track record of target driven ability Competent communication skills Experience using excel Experience in white collar recruitment Hours of work 8,30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
