Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Transformation Programme (Fixed Term) About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic site transformation programme The contractor role will oversee the realignment of the site and ways of working and and organisational structure. The successful candidate will establish and manage a robust PMO function to drive through the changes, ensuring effective governance, delivery, and stakeholder engagement throughout the programme lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain comprehensive PMO governance Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations Lead risk and issue management with effective mitigation strategies Support consultation processes with trade unions regarding workforce changes Provide clear, regular reporting to senior stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery Resolve complex challenges that may impact programme success Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements Experience and Skills Proven experience leading PMO functions for large-scale transformation programmes Strong background in workforce restructuring and consultation processes Must have experience in the manufacturing sector ideally with regulated "hazardous" products Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change in a dynamic environment.
