The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of cost and commercial management services on a variety of projects. You will oversee client relationships, manage junior colleagues and ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards of value, compliance and financial control. Key responsibilities include: Preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets and cash flow forecasts Leading contract administration and ensuring compliance with commercial procedures Managing procurement processes, tendering and bid evaluation Reviewing and agreeing variations, valuations and final accounts Providing strategic cost advice and reporting to clients and stakeholders Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team The Person To be successful in this role, you should have: Demonstrable experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor in construction, infrastructure or consultancy environments Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract (NEC, JCT or similar) Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to lead relationships Good leadership and mentoring ability to support junior colleagues A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, with professional membership (or working towards chartership) highly desirable The Package Salary of £47,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience Hybrid working model with flexibility between office, site and home Professional development support, including chartership and ongoing training Comprehensive benefits package and clear progression opportunities Apply Now If you're an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to step up or a Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a fresh challenge within a respected consultancy, click the apply button to submit your CV.
