Job Description

Assistant Project Manager Location: Glasgow (Hybrid) - Sites across UK Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 15–20% bonus . We are supporting a leading renewables developer in expanding their construction team with a new Assistant Project Manager role. This position will be pivotal in delivering multiple utility-scale solar projects across the UK, ensuring they are executed safely, on time, and within budget. This is a fantastic opportunity for any junior project managers with renewables experience, who want to grow their career at one of the UK's leading solar construction teams . Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery of utility-scale solar projects from pre-construction through to completion. Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commercial teams, as well as external contractors and stakeholders. Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting to senior management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on all sites. . Key Requirements: Proven experience in renewable energy (solar or battery storage preferred). Engineering background – civil, mechanical, or electrical. Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
