Class 1 Tramper Driver Ongoing Work Competitive Pay Rates DHL Contract Are you an experienced Class 1 Tramper Driver looking for ongoing regular work in Birmingham? Want to work with one of the UK's leading logistics companies? This is a long-term opportunity for the right driver with a prospering company based in Birmingham. You will be working days with 4 nights out per week, with competitive rates paid for hours worked and nights out. This role will involve: Depot-to-depot deliveries and collections in a curtain-sider vehicle, with NO handball Set weekly run, with regular drops in locations in England and Scotland Day shifts Mon-Fri, leaving the depot in Birmingham on Monday and back on Friday 5 days per week Site is based in Solihull, Birmingham Successful Class 1 Tramper Drivers will: Have at least 12 months CE experience Held Class 1 licence for AT LEAST 2 years Have no more than 6 points for minor offenses (No DDs, DRs or CDs) Hold valid CPC card and Digital Tachograph card Class 1 Tramper Drivers PAYE rates of pay: Hourly Rates of £16.00 per hour, with £30 night out supplement paid Guaranteed 8 hours per shift Mandatory assessments are involved which will include: Written test (Excellent knowledge of Driving hours, Tacho laws and Highway Code required) Full site and safe systems of work induction Vehicle familiarisation Practical driving assessment Working for Pertemps, you will benefit from: Weekly or Monthly pay via BACS (PAYE) Free Uniform Access to driver training including CPC Dedicated local consultants 24/7 contact Please click apply if interested!
