We are looking for a talented, motivated paralegal to drop into a very important role. The ideal candidate: Will have at least 5 years of experience in plaintiff-oriented civil litigation (personal injury strongly preferred), and ideally experience in workers compensation law. Will possess exceptional organizational, written, communicative, time-management, and interpersonal skills; a keen eye for detail; and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor - a positive attitude is a must! Will be very detail-oriented, conscientious, and committed to quality and accuracy ! GOOD WORK ETHIC is absolutely essential. Will be hardworking, reliable, punctual, enthusiastic, a self-starter, independently motivated and self-managing, able to prioritize projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and web-based case management platforms. Will be responsible for, among other things, complete file management and assisting the Managing Partner and Administrator.
