Paralegal - Land Use

Job Description Job Description Now Hiring for a Land Use Paralegal - Open to both Direct Hire and Contract to Hire! Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 5:00pm with needed flexibilitiy to work late when needed Responsibilities Work with the CEO on processing and following up with engineers/lawyers and other professionals to track land use approvals, entitlements, and project management Answer and respond to phone calls; communicate messages to the CEO at the end of each day Prioritize and respond to all emails Maintain the filing system of government approvals and entitlements Organize and prepare agendas and minutes for all meetings relating to tracking government approvals including sending reminders to responsible parties Prepare and review all mail for the CEO relating to real estate matters Manage the CEO’s calendar when necessary Qualifications Organized and detail-oriented Experience working with townships, land sales, zoning, or site planning Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Analytical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Time-management skills As a RemX Paralegal We Offer You: • Competitive pay • Paid weekly (Direct Deposit or ATM Debit Card available) • Access to health benefits and retirement plan • A personal recruiter to help with job searches and assistance when at work! • Contract to Hire Opportunity Find A Job That Works for You!
