Product Assurance Lead

Our client, a high profile defence company, urgently require an experienced Product Assurance Lead to join their team on a permanent basis. In order to be successful, you will have the following experience: Degree in a STEM discipline Experience of programmes within Space domain (ESA, NASA, MoD) Strong knowledge of Space industry standards (ECSS, ISO) Familiarity with configuration management and quality auditing Able to obtain SC Clearance (candidates with live SC will be prioritised) Within this role, you will be responsible for: Creating and managing Product Assurance Safety plans aligned with ECSS, AS9100, ISO 9001 Defining and flowing down Product Assurance requirements to suppliers and subcontractors Supporting design reviews (PDR, CDR) and product milestones (MRR, TRR, TRB) Managing non-conformances and deviations (NCR, RFD/RFW) Leading customer acceptance and delivery processes (DRB) Maintaining Product Assurance databases and quality records for reporting and review Implementing quality tools for risk management and lessons learned Liaising with customer Product Assurance representatives throughout the project lifecycle This represents an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role, within a dynamic and high profile organisation.
