Civil Engineering Lecturer Full Time Contract (Hourly Paid) Location: Primarily based at the Workington Lillyhall Campus (with 1 day per week at Furness Campus mileage paid) Were looking for a Civil Engineering Lecturer to join a leading FE College in Cumbria. This is a full-time, hourly-paid role , working Monday to Thursday (with one day per week ring-fenced for prep and marking). The Role Deliver engaging and industry-relevant teaching in Civil Engineering. Based mainly at the Lillyhall Campus (Workington). Occasional delivery at Furness Campus (approx. 1 hour travel mileage expenses covered). One day per week dedicated to planning, preparation, and marking. Requirements Minimum qualification: Level 3 Apprenticeship or BTEC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). Teaching qualification desirable but not essential support available for the right candidate. Strong industry background and passion for developing the next generation of engineers. Contract Details Full-time, hourly paid contract (MondayThursday). Travel costs covered between sites. Supportive team and opportunity to shape learners futures in civil engineering.
