A family-run and highly successful Developer with an average of 150 to 300 plot schemes and a portfolio of High-Quality 2-to-5-bedroom homes are looking for a Project Manager to join their Beaconsfield based team. The Project Manager's role The Project Manager will be expected to manage and motivate the project team based in Farnborough. The Project Manager will immediately be involved with the 284-unit scheme managing the Site Managers and personnel. The Project Manager will report to the Commercial, Technical and Production Directors in the Beaconsfield Head Office and should showcase their previous experience with High-Volume Residential New Builds. They will be responsible for management, budgeting, analysis and more.
