Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a B1 Truck Driver Recruiter, located in Laredo, TX. The B1 Truck Driver Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified truck drivers. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting screening interviews, coordinating with the operations team, managing recruitment databases, and ensuring all new hires meet compliance and safety standards. Qualifications Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring B1 Drivers within the Logistics or Transportation industry Knowledge of compliance and safety standards in trucking and transportation Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficient in using recruitment databases and tracking systems Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Fluency in English
