Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced data engineer to join our team at Clearco. As a data engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that our data is accurate, accessible, and secure. What your day-to-day will look like: Design, build, and maintain our data infrastructure, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses Develop and implement best practices for data ingestion, processing, and storage Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders including Revenue Operations, Sales, Product Engineering, and Data Science to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs Monitor and maintain the performance, scalability, and reliability of our data infrastructure Craft correctness health checks to identify and address data quality issues and anomalies, such as missing or inconsistent data Ensure that our data is secure and compliant with regulatory requirements Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and recommend new solutions to improve our data infrastructure You will thrive if you have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 3 years of experience in data engineering or related field Strong experience with ETL tools and data integration technologies such as FiveTran, DBT, and Census Strong experience with data warehousing tools such as Snowflake Strong programming skills in Python & SQL Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing principles Experience with cloud-based data technologies such as GCP or AWS Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment What we offer: Working with a very passionate and supportive team, and finding a sense of belonging in the Clearcrew Competitive salaries and incentives, plus comprehensive health and dental insurance benefits A tech stipend to create your ideal work-from-home environment Mental health support and professional development opportunities in a culture that emphasizes work-life balance and transparency The chance to participate in high-impact work at a mission-driven organization
