Managing Director

This is a full-time role for a Managing Director. The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing the operations and business activities of Construtora Silva Campos to ensure desired results are consistent with the overall strategy and mission. Developing and executing the company's business strategies, preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines. Key duties include: Developing and executing the company's business strategies Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans Overseeing financial performance Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines The Managing Director will also guide and motivate subordinates, analyze problematic situations, and provide solutions to ensure company growth and success. Qualifications: Leadership and Strategic Management skills Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting experience Operations Management and Process Improvement skills Knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions in a timely manner Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus J-18808-Ljbffr
