Teaching Assistant – SEN School

We are working with a welcoming SEN school who are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent Psychology graduates or those with a genuine interest in special educational needs to gain hands-on experience. What you’ll be doing: Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs (emotional, behavioural, learning) Working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide a safe and engaging environment Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and social skills Delivering one-to-one or small group support tailored to students’ needs We’re looking for: Psychology graduates or candidates with SEN experience A positive, enthusiastic, and patient attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for supporting young people Why join?
