Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor – Leading Construction/Engineering Firm We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team in managing client relationships and sub-contractor accounts. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years’ project experience and strong knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts . Key Responsibilities: Manage sub-contract payments, valuations, and variations Prepare quantities, schedules, and project documentation Produce interim valuations and monthly financial reports Liaise with site teams and maintain accurate records What We’re Looking For: Commercially aware with strong communication and negotiation skills Team player with problem-solving ability and attention to detail Safety-conscious and committed to high standards Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field NEC3/NEC4 proficiency; professional membership (e.g., RICS, CIPS) desirable Experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to exciting projects, we’d love to hear from you.
