Cover Supervisor-SE1

Start Date: Immediate/ASAP Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Day-to-day Supply Pay Rate: £100–£130 per day (depending on experience) About the Role We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in the SE1 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced educators who are confident in managing classrooms and delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects. Deliver lesson plans and resources left by subject teachers. Maintain a positive learning environment and ensure pupils remain on task. Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies. Provide feedback to the teaching staff on the day’s lessons. Requirements Previous experience working with young people (schools, tuition, mentoring, coaching, youth work etc.). Confident classroom management skills. Strong communication and organisational skills. A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable, but not essential. An up-to-date Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one). Completed Safeguarding and Prevent Duty training (support can be provided).
