Travel Nursing Job Details Location: Randallstown, Maryland (Zip: 21133) – Baltimore area Assignment Length: 14 weeks (Start: 11/3/2025 – End: 2/9/2026) Shift: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts per week (09:00 – 17:30) Hours per Week: 40 Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,980 - $2,120 Call Requirement: 16 hours per month Weekend Coverage: Every third weekend Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics Unit: Operating Room (OR) – Surgical Services Orientation: 80 hours Registered Nurse Qualifications Current and valid Maryland or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience in a hospital setting BLS certification required (American Heart Association preferred) Proficient in a range of surgical procedures: General, Urology, Gynecology, Colorectal, Vascular, Spine, Orthopedic, Robotic, Plastic, and Endoscopy Strong references required Ability to float to other hospital units within scope of practice Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered) Key Responsibilities for OR RN Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate perioperative care to surgical patients in the Operating Room Assist with diverse surgical cases, including General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, Colorectal, Vascular, Spine, Orthopedic, Robotic, Plastic, and Endoscopy procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams such as IV, Radiology, Pharmacy, and clinical support staff Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures Participate in on-call rotation (16 hours/month) and provide weekend coverage every third weekend Float to other nursing units as needed, within the Registered Nurse scope of practice Apply now to join our healthcare team as a Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse in Randallstown, Maryland, and take the next step in your nursing career!
