About the Role This is a unique opportunity to help establish and drive the marketing and business development strategy for the Bristol office of a major international law firm. Whether you're looking for a full-time role over 6 months, or prefer a part-time commitment across 12 months, we’re open to what works best for you. For the right person, this position also has the potential to become permanent. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you’ll work closely with the firm’s Practice Managers and Business Development Managers to build and implement business development capabilities tailored to the local market. You’ll take the lead in: Developing the business development and marketing strategy alongside Bristol partners Conducting in-depth local market analysis, including competitor and sector insights Identifying new business opportunities with partners Designing and launching a key client programme for the Bristol office Planning and delivering events and sponsorships to raise the firm’s profile Leading local marketing campaigns and profile-raising initiatives What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Significant experience in marketing and business development within a professional services environment A proactive and strategic mindset, with the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders Strong knowledge of the Bristol and South West market – this is highly desirable
