Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a leading property and construction consultancy with 6 offices across the UK. Due to the growth of our clients the team based in Leeds is looking for a dynamic and dependable Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their current team. The candidate must be able to work independently, be thorough and concise and be a team player. This is a great opportunity for a solid QS looking to progress to a Senior QS or someone currently working at a Senior QS level and looking for a change/new challenge. The team works across a variety of sectors to include: - Residential (new build and conversions) - Industrial - Commercial (office refurbishments) - Education - Local Authority - Healthcare Role/Responsibilities: - Cost Planning - Pre & Post Contract services Skills/Experience: - RICS with a minimum of three years post qualification experience/working towards RICS - Have achieved a RICS accredited degree - Be able to evidence pre and post contract QS experience through examples of projects you have worked on - Gained some previous experience working for a Consultancy/Client side organisation For further information please contact Claire Pattison on 07715 104398.
