Residential Property Solicitor– Warwick Our Client is a specialist commercial property law firm with a reputation for delivering exceptional service to banks, developers, landlords, tenants and businesses. Due to continued growth, it is seeking a Solicitor to join its Plot Sales team. Key Responsibilities: Support developers and housebuilders with volume residential plot sales Manage end-to-end sales transactions from reservation to post-completion Draft and review plot sale contracts, transfers and related documents Liaise with buyers’ Solicitors, Clients and internal teams to progress files Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completions Work within established processes and deadlines to handle high volumes efficiently About You: Strong academic background and aptitude Genuine interest in property law and commercial lending Good academic record including a robust understanding of land law Ability to integrate smoothly into a collaborative team Experience in residential plot sales Capable of managing a caseload independently Benefits: Competitive salary Excellent bonus scheme Collaborative and growth-focused working environment Enhanced Pension scheme Private medical cover If you are a qualified Solicitor who has plot sales experience and want to face a new challenge, I would love to hear from you.
