Pay Information $2,218 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent permanent experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry prior to travel. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required, with active status and no pending issues. Must-Have: One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required for submission. Description: This is a night shift position consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience prior to travel. A permanent Ohio nursing license is required at the time of submission, with compact licenses accepted. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications must be current and valid. A reference from a supervisor in the specialty applying for will be required for submission. Candidates will undergo an ECG rhythm recognition test and a safe medication assessment during orientation, and acceptable scores are necessary to pass. There is a strict policy regarding background checks, and candidates with any open cases will not be accepted. Compliance with nicotine-free requirements is temporarily exempt for nursing professionals. All candidates must complete BCI and FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing the contract. Badging and fingerprinting will be conducted onsite prior to starting the position.
