Your core focus is to ensure the team delivers value by proactively removing obstacles and championing continuous improvement. You will also coach and mentor individuals in applying appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques.What You'll DoDelivery Momentum: Plan, manage flow/pace, tackle risks, and visualize progress (metrics).Agile Practices: Implement and coordinate effective team-level practices; champion agility.Culture: Foster experimentation, rapid iteration, and ownership; promote an Agile mindset.End-to-End: Facilitate lifecycle stages, streamline processes, and ensure user-centric, data-informed outcomes.Coaching: Guide teams/individuals (using strong listening) to explore problems with a growth mindsetQualificationsWhat You'll Bring:Expert Leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach, and empower cross-functional Agile teams to build and ship high-quality digital products and services.Agile Mastery: Strong command and practical application of Agile and Lean principles (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, etc.).Delivery Flow Management: Proactive experience in identifying, managing, and mitigating delivery flow, risks, and impediments to maintain consistent team momentum.Stakeholder Acumen: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, bridging the gap between technical, product, and business teams.Bonus Points:Experience with subscription-based products/services or digital personalization/identity solutions is a significant plus.Additional InformationHow we workAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
