HR Administrator Location: Worthing, West Sussex Working Pattern: 4 days onsite, 1 day working from home Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: up to £27,000 DOE CIPD Level 3 Funding Available Roselands Resourcing are working with a manufacturing company based in Worthing, West Sussex who are looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior HR experience who is keen to develop their career further. As a HR Administrator, you’ll play a key role in providing administrative support across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to payroll support, training coordination, and general HR queries. Key Responsibilities as a HR Administrator Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks Managing and maintaining employee records and HR systems Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes Coordinating training sessions and tracking employee development Preparing contracts, correspondence and reports Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers Supporting payroll and absence management processes What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an HR administrative role Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information Confident with Microsoft Office and HR systems (experience with HR software is a plus) A can-do attitude and a genuine interest in people and HR Strong communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer Hybrid working: 4 days onsite in Worthing, 1 day working from home Full funding and support to complete CIPD Level 3 qualification Opportunities for career progression within a growing organisation Supportive and friendly team environment Generous holiday entitlement and company benefits
