Your new role This health and safety lawyer role will see you provide non-contentious advice across a range of matters that will include:advising landlords on statutory compliance and contractual obligations across a range of risks;advising on health and safety policies;providing advice on insurance coverage;contaminated land advice;advising on the Building Safety legislation; andproviding due diligence support for health and safety and environmental matters on corporate, real estate and commercial transactions. What you'll need to succeed You will be a health and safety lawyer operating at Senior Associate or Legal Director level. With a well rounded technical skill-set, you should be able to build strong relationships both internally and with clients.
