Employment Solicitor

A respected and forward-thinking law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its team in Clifton Moor on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor seeking to handle high quality, varied employment work within a supportive and progressive environment. Working closely with the firm’s Senior Solicitor, you’ll manage a diverse caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious matters, including: • Employment contracts and settlement agreements • Disciplinary and grievance procedures • Discrimination and unfair dismissal claims • TUPE advice, reorganisations and redundancies • Employment Tribunal matters You will have a strong background in Employment Law and be confident handling files independently, while contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth and client relationships.
