Construction Sales Consultants - Worcester A £30m turnover business based in Worcester needs Construction Sales Consultants to work in a busy office in the city centre. Full training will be given. You will be working within a sales team and undertaking duties with a mixture of construction business’s across the Greater Midlands region , and providing them with services and sales to hit company targets. Your clients will be a mixture of privately owned Director run companies and blue chip international business’s. Core Sales Duties: Communicating with construction industry companies and introducing the companies services Arranging sales meetings with clients and visiting clients Building relationships with each business, its Directors and staff long term and supplying them regularly Database management Sourcing the right product and service for each individual construction company Hours – 730am – 430pm Monday to Friday Training: Full Training given on construction, the clients, the services, the products etc Full database and social media training given Requirements: Driven, can do attitude Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong organisation skills Driving licence Salary and Earnings: Salary between £26,000 and £30,000 per annum depending on experience Uncapped earning potential for hitting very achievable monthly sales targets Promotion criteria within a year allowing career growth and higher salary and commission. Earnings typically £40,000 during year 1 and £45,000 - £50,000 during year 2
