The company is run by affable directors, who have developed a robust company with a solid reputation. HQ based in Hampshire with projects UK wide. The Role - Commercial Manager My client are looking to grow their commercial team, with the appointment of a Commercial Manager, with a strong understanding of the external envelope. You will be responsible for: Monitoring and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, ensuring accurate financial reporting Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Participating in regular meetings with clients to discuss project financial status and address any concerns. Preparing and present financial reports Strong background in facade / external envelope Mentoring the commercial team and championing growth within.
