Prepare, supply, and operationally monitor construction sites. Track costs and ensure compliance of deliveries. Optimize team work schedules. Facilitate clear communication between partners (clients, architects, design offices, project owners). Implement health, safety, and environmental requirements. Translate client requirements and quality procedures into actionable measures. Monitor deadlines and work efficiency. Serve as an information liaison for internal procedures. Participate in the training and evaluation of team members. Promote company values, with an emphasis on respect. Maintain cleanliness and ensure correct operation of equipment. Bachelor’s degree in Construction or equivalent relevant experience. Experience in a technical sector; team leadership experience is an advantage. Willingness to work at various locations and according to changing schedules. Fluent in French or Dutch. Strong organizational skills, results-oriented, safety- and quality-focused; excellent team management abilities; proactive and responsible. Proficient in IT tools. Driver’s license (B).
