Strategic Sourcing Manager Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for supplier partnerships and innovation? We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead our Branded Merchandise supplier strategy across North America. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our suppliers and internal teams—driving value, ensuring compliance, and unlocking growth opportunities. You’ll lead negotiations, optimize supplier panels, and ensure our clients receive top-tier products that meet ethical, environmental, and quality standards. What You’ll Do • Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and performance management • Develop strategic alliances and foster C-level supplier relationships • Partner with merchandising and product teams to identify new opportunities • Manage pricing models, rate cards, and sourcing strategies • Ensure compliance with logistics, ethical sourcing, and product testing • Analyze spend data and optimize vendor base for competitive advantage • Drive KPIs and serve as a key escalation point for supplier issues What We’re Looking For • 10 years in Branded Merchandise sourcing or supplier sales • Strong negotiation and project management skills • Deep understanding of logistics, compliance, and ethical sourcing • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation LI-Hybrid
