Learning and Development Manager

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team at our ultra-luxury Resort, One&Only Mandarina in Nayarit. As a Learning and Development Manager you will have the ability to communicate with the managers to identify learning needs and make development plans for the colleagues within the Resort. Responsible for administration, design, develop, conduct and coordinate corporate training programs or any other according to the training needs detection. Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager. Worked in luxury and ultraluxury Resort brands preferable. Bilingual skills English/Spanish. Knowledge of FORBES, LQA y FSMS Standards. Creation of material and training courses for adults. Ease of speaking in public and teaching courses. Preparation, organization and coordination of different types of events. Strong proficiency in Office y Abrhil Software desired. Knowledge of legal matters related training programs and productivity. Strong leadership and management skills. Bachelor’s degree preferable in areas such as: Administration, Tourism or Psychology.
