Job Description

Position Overview: Coordinate and monitor traffic operations as well as customs processing of import materials for the company. Constantly search logistics suppliers, custom agents and service providers that help the company achieve saving projects. Guarantees seek to get the best rates and service in the logistics market to get material on time for production and meet KPI. Deep Knowledge in custom law and RGCE; IMMEX control; annual operations report; Regla 8va ; tax determination and quote new projects. Work and coordinate with Junior logistics personnel Main responsibilities: Carry out air, land and sea imports; virtual operations; handle permission in different secretaries; provide quotes for new projects, accomplish saving KPI; coordinate material PU with carriers; coordinate import process with custom brokers, accomplish SAT requirements. Monthly reports for finance to have import expenses registered (PPV Report; material in transit); generate and send payment request for logistic supplier to treasury; physical integration of import file for every movement (expense account, customs order, bill of materials, freight invoice, letters, spreadsheet, etc.) Experience: 5 years of experience with direct responsibility in logistics and supply chain (Essential strong knowledge of logistics and foreign trade) Control of programs: IMMEX, Regla 8va, annual report and formalities. Logistics courses. Skills: Advance English skills. Office (Excel; power point) Supplier negotiation ability Interpersonal relationship skills Education: College/University degree (International Business administrator; Logistics Engineer or similar)
