Job Description
Supply Chain Manager We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role will oversee teams across materials planning , order fulfillment , production planning , procurement , and warehouse management , ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across all functions. Qualifications 10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management. Background in automotive or manufacturing industry (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred). Bilingual proficiency: English and Spanish. Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP/MPS systems and inventory management. Lean certification preferred. APICS or equivalent professional certification is a plus. Key Responsibilities Oversee planning, procurement, production scheduling, and fulfillment processes to ensure operational excellence. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions to achieve measurable performance targets. Lead inventory management, inbound material flow, warehousing, and customer delivery performance. Coordinate monthly SIOP processes to support smooth and cost-efficient product launches. Develop and manage master production schedules based on forecasts, capacity, and supply availability. Ensure warehouse activities are lean, efficient, and cost-effective. Lead improvement efforts to optimize warehouse operations. Participate in developing departmental strategies and budgets. Define strategic direction for the supply chain function. Mentor and develop team members to strengthen functional capabilities. Establish and track inventory targets, ensuring optimal turns and minimizing obsolete stock. Lead or support cost-reduction and operational excellence programs. Promote compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Apply a risk-based thinking approach to prevent issues and ensure robust processes. Ideal Profile Strategic leader with a hands-on approach to operations.
