Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager will be responsible for all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, compensation & benefits, disciplinary action, staffing, communication and learning & development. General Responsibilities Labor relations: Responsible for ensuring a fair and equitable work environment, complying with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Individual Contracts, as well as internal policies and procedures in the area of Human Resources. Actively partner with business and functional leaders to establish, implement and monitor short term and long-term strategies for driving business results. Provides advice on issues, including but not limited to: comp & ben, payroll, training & staffing. Develops department goals, objectives and systems. Identify and be involved in the creation and implementation of updated processes and make any recommendations to the company based on findings. Keeps abreast of state, federal and local regulations and communicates impact to HR management. Oversee the correct administration of wages & benefits within the organization. Responsible for ensuring the success of the different HR audit processes (STPS audits, IATF, ISO14001, Client audits). Management of area KPIs. Experience / Qualifications 6 or more years as HR Manager in manufacturing environment Proficient in English University degree required Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) & Tress System
