Commercial Manager

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for providing strategic insights, driving efficiencies, and supporting decision-making to enhance business performance. Other Duties Include: Driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Analysing variances, profitability, and return on investment to support decision-making Partnering with operations and senior executives to drive efficiencies and margins Evaluating contracts, pricing structures, and commercial terms to optimise profitability Presenting financial and commercial insights at a Board and executive level Supporting strategic projects including new business initiatives, expansions, and capital investments Education: Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA Job Experience & Skills Required: At least 8 years post-qualification experience in a commercial finance role Proven experience partnering with operations in a complex, fast-moving business Strong financial modelling, analysis, and strategic planning skills Exposure to evaluating contracts, pricing, and investment opportunities Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities A proactive, solutions-driven individual with strong business acumen APPLY NOW!
