As the Project Manager, you’ll oversee all phases of high-end retail build-outs—managing budgets, schedules, and quality while maintaining exceptional client relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, consultants, and site teams to ensure every project reflects the brand’s vision and standards. Lead luxury retail construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Prepare tender packages, scope documents, and contracts Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects Manage budgets, purchase orders, change orders, billing, and reconciliations Mentor and guide Project Coordinators and support staff Maintain strong communication and client relationships throughout each phase Ensure adherence to health and safety standards Travel as required to oversee site progress In this role, you will collaborate with an impressive projects team while having executive leadership visibility and support.
