Job Description
Care Coordinator Supported Living (Adults with Learning Disabilities) Location: Preston Salary: £30-31k on-call allowance Contract: Full-time Monday - Friday Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities? Join our friendly and supportive charity team in Preston as a Care Coordinator . About the Role: As a Care Coordinator, you will oversee a team of support workers in our supported living services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. You will manage rotas, liaise with families and professionals, and provide on-call support as needed. Your leadership and organisation skills will help us deliver safe, responsive, and empowering care.
