Regional Sales Manager

Area Sales Manager – Plant/Machinery - Fantastic Family owned business Scotland - This role is remote covering a large area of Scotland Highly competitive package including Basic salary of Circa £60k plus very generous commission structure plus excellent benefits package. We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Area Sales Managers to join our team as we expand the business. The role offers an opportunity to become an integral part of our team and contribute to our ongoing growth. Immediate positions available Main Responsibilities: * Generating new business and sourcing new opportunities for machinery sales. * Following up on new leads and completing sales. * Maintaining strong industry knowledge and legislation. * Updating marketing materials and networking with accreditations to grow our brand. * Managing your diary, reports, and sales in line with company targets. * Manage hire agreements. * Attend company events. Job Requirements: * Proven machinery sales experience, preferably in the agricultural, construction or forestry machinery sectors * Good level of attention to detail and conscientiousness. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication and IT Skills. * Generate new business and leads.
