Your new role As a Senior Estates Surveyor, you will play a key role in management and optimisation of the council's property assets. This initial six-month contract position involves the following: Managing a varied property portfolio including commercial, operational, and community assets. Undertaking lease negotiations, rent reviews, and property valuations. Supporting strategic estate planning and contributing to asset management initiatives. Advising internal stakeholders on property-related matters. What you'll need to succeed A degree in estates management or a related discipline. MRICS membership. Proven experience working within property and estate management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving, delivering value through property assets.
