Quantity Surveyor - High end Residential Up to £70,000 Package SW London We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a small team working on a high-end residential development in South West London (68 units). You'll be working alongside a Commercial Lead to help manage the financial and contractual side of the project. Key Responsibilities: Support the Commercial Lead with managing costs, budgets, and contracts Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and final accounts Manage procurement and liaise with contractors and suppliers Prepare reports and assist with documentation for stakeholders Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirementsAbout You: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor (or Assistant Surveyor ready for the next step) Experience in residential development (high-end experience is a plus) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines A proactive approach to problem-solvingWhat We Offer: Salary up to £70,000, depending on experience Full benefits package Opportunity to work on an interesting and high-quality project in SW London Clear progression and support in developing your careerIf you're interested in this opportunity, get in touch or apply today
