SEN Teacher (QTS Required) - Southampton Location: Southampton, Hampshire Salary: Main Pay Scale (MPS) to Upper Pay Scale (UPS) dependent on experience Contract Type: Flexible to you (full time or day to day work) Agency: Teaching Personnel Job Description Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a qualified and passionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join one of our partner schools in the Southampton area, ideally suited to teachers with experience supporting children and young people with a range of learning difficulties and complex needs. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering inclusive, differentiated lessons to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons in line with EHCP targets. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teaching assistants, therapists, and parents/carers. Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate records. Support students' social, emotional, and behavioural development.
