Foreman – Groundworks Contract (Trowbridge, Wiltshire) Long-term work | External works & off-site drainage | Competitive rates We are currently looking for an experienced Foreman to join a well-established groundworks contractor with an ongoing project in Wiltshire. This role offers long-term work on a variety of civils projects, with a focus on external works and off-site drainage. Role responsibilities: * Supervising groundworks gangs across multiple sites * Managing external works and off-site drainage installations * Coordinating with site management and subcontractors * Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to spec * Maintaining site records, health & safety, and progress reports Requirements: * Previous experience as a Foreman on groundwork/civils projects * Strong knowledge of external works and deep drainage * Valid SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS (Gold or Black), and First Aid (preferred) * Able to read technical drawings and manage teams on site * Good communication and leadership skills Gangs welcome: Applicants who can bring a gang of experienced operatives (machine drivers, pipelayers, and groundworkers) will be strongly considered.
