Key Account & Customer Service Manager Location: Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City Work model: On-site Industry: Technology / SaaS / HR Tech Our client is a well-established Mexican technology company specializing in HR, productivity, and SaaS solutions , currently entering a new phase of growth and expanding its operations with top-tier corporate clients . This is an exciting opportunity to build a brand-new area from the ground up , integrating Customer Relations, Renewals, Customer Service, and Account Administration for AAA clients , with high visibility and significant commercial challenges . Responsibilities Lead and strengthen relationships with key corporate accounts. Design and implement customer service, follow-up, and renewal processes. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Monitor service metrics, identify improvement areas, and propose strategic solutions. Ideal Profile Proven experience in Key Account Management or B2B Customer Service, ideally within SaaS, ERP, or IT industries. Strong negotiation, administration, and relationship-building skills with corporate clients. Strategic, analytical mindset with strong business acumen. Excellent communication and service orientation. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and growing environment.
