Job Description

Main responsibilities: • Coordinate the director's schedule, schedule meetings, and follow up on commitments. • Prepare executive presentations and reports using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. • Coordinate domestic and international travel (itineraries, tickets, accommodation, per diem, etc.). • Receive and assist clients, suppliers, and visitors, ensuring an excellent professional image for the company. • Follow up on assigned administrative tasks and projects. • Assist in the management of internal documentation and reports. • Assist in the organization of events, meetings, or corporate visits. • Maintain constant communication with internal and external staff, in both English and Spanish. • Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and propose effective solutions. Job requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, International Relations, or related field. • Advanced English (spoken and written) essential. • Minimum 2-3 years as an administrative or executive assistant, preferably in manufacturing companies. • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Travel coordination and event logistics.
