RESRG Automotive is seeking you to join our team as a General Manager in our Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico facility! Your Job The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal production, operational efficiency, and profitability. This position demands a results-driven leader with a proven ability to drive transformative changes, optimize profitability, and enhance EBITA through effective turnaround strategies in complex environments. The ideal candidate will have significant P&L responsibility and a background in leading high-performing teams to deliver sustainable financial performance. What you Will do in Your Role Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, and safety goals. Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing and cost optimization strategies. Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance. Lead turnaround efforts and implement strategies for operational and cultural transformation. Identify and execute process improvements to boost efficiency and profitability. Build and develop high-performing cross-functional teams across production, quality, and engineering. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Align site operations with corporate goals through strong cross-functional collaboration. Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent product quality and robust control systems. Represent the site in the local community and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 10 years of experience in manufacturing management with a demonstrated history of success in P&L management, team leadership, and operational improvements Experience leading and executing plant turnarounds or process improvements in a manufacturing setting Experience building and leading high-performance teams, driving a culture of accountability, and fostering employee development Fluent in English and Spanish What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related STEM degree Experience in the automotive industry Experience managing profit/loss, forecasting, and budget management Knowledge of lean manufacturing, six sigma, or similar methodologies About the Company We are a fast-growing B2B company with a strong internal culture that values respect for others, diversity, serving a greater purpose, and passionate creativity.
