HGV Class 1 Driver - The Details: Great salary Permanent position Modern fleet Ongoing support New joiner bonus Excellent holidays Overtime opportunities available HGV Class 1 Driver - Responsibilities & Requirements: A minimum of 6 months' experience driving HGV Class 1 vehicles in the UK A valid CE Licence, Digi Tacho Card, and CPC Card No more than 6 penalty points on your licence TT, DD, or DR codes will not be considered Operate an HGV Class 1 vehicle for timed deliveries and collections at various customer locations Conduct thorough pre-use vehicle checks and report any defects or safety issues promptly Ensure all transport is carried out in line with EU Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service at all times Complete necessary paperwork and use in-cab technology as required Communicate effectively with transport planners, depot staff, and customers Represent the company professionally on the road and on customer sites A sound understanding of drivers' hours legislation and health & safety compliance Strong communication skills and a professional attitude A flexible and reliable approach to working hours and shift patterns About Us Detail2Recruitment acts as an employment agency in respect of this position.
