Residential Conveyancer

Service care solutions are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer for a growing Law Firm based in York. This role is on a part time basis and the right candidate must be able to handle their own caseloads from start to completion. They are paying a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 annum (pro rata) Responsibilities as a conveyancer: Managing property transactions from instruction to completion Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements Able to manage own files from start to completion Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties IT and case management systems About you as a conveyancer: Strong knowledge of Residential and conveyancing procedures Good time management and ability to handle multiple cases Excellent attention to details Good communication and IT skills Benefits: A competitive salary A tax-free bonus scheme Workplace pension scheme Organised social and team events Flexible working Professional Development Discounts on legal costs within the firm Enhanced annual leave over the period between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day.
