Quantity Surveyor

V7 Recruitment are currently working with our client; a reputable and modern main contractor who are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a large refurbishment project in Manchester City Centre! Procuring materials and subcontractors. Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers. Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports. Preparation of final accounts. Identifying commercial risks. Monitoring cash flow. Assisting with the CVR. Working closely with the site teams including Senior Project Managers.
