Electrical Project Leader

Are you a seasoned electrical engineering leader with a strong background in power generation? We want to hear from you! This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging engineering projects , apply your technical knowledge, and support the development of future engineers. What You’ll Do Coordinate and supervise the project team Monitor and control project milestones Resolve technical issues Collaborate with other departments and operational centers Ensure contract compliance and maintain strong Client & Partner relationships Prepare project progress reports Manage change orders and review project schedules Review and approve electrical engineering deliverables Support continuous improvement within the Department ✅ What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, or Mining Engineer specialized in Energy). 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, including at least 8 years in the power generation sector (combined cycles, biomass, nuclear, thermal, etc.). Minimum 5 years in project lead or coordination roles within power generation. Availability to travel . Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication Organizational strength Proactive and collaborative mindset. Proven ability to work on complex engineering challenges . Tools & Skills Familiarity with MS Office Suite . Knowledge of engineering software (ETAP, SKM Power Tools, SmartElectrical) is a plus. Languages English: minimum C1 level. We are offering: Competitive salary depending on level of experience.
